| The most common tower you see in the Philippines is this one belonging to a telephone company. PLDT is a telephone company, and its subsidiary, SmartBRO Internet, is a mobile phone tower.  |

| This is the tower for the FM radio station. The tower is not freestanding; it is supported by guy wires. The problem lies with the stay wires; ordinary wire is frequently used.  |
