7MHz, 18MHz, 21MHz antenna wire type antenna
I'm using three coconut trees to make a wire antenna.
The 50MHz amateur radio antenna I've been working on for about a week is finally finished.
I already have the 7MHz, 18MHz, and 21MHz antennas that I made previously.We communicate with Japan almost every day.but,
With this 50MHz antenna, if you're lucky, you can make contact with Japan. Conversely, it's very rare for Japan to be able to make contact with Mindanao.
After all, if you're lucky, you might be able to make contact, but there are very few people on Mindanao who can actually go on the air on 50 MHz.
I'm creating this hoping to communicate with many people.
The men were staying overnight at a house in the mountains working in the fields, so Gigi, Raisa, and Gian helped us build a temporary structure.
The 50MHz antenna I made is mounted on top of a 6-meter-long pipe.
I measured the resonance with a measuring instrument, but I couldn't get it to adjust at all, so I had to tilt it and adjust the length of the element.
But that would be difficult without men's help, so we'll leave it as a temporary structure for today.
Even if you want to build an antenna, finding the materials in this country, in Osamis, is a very difficult task.
But complaining about 'there is nothing' wouldn't do any good, so I looked around and found that a glass shop that makes aluminum sashes and other things also handles aluminum pipes.
Incidentally, there was a call sign that read DU9BK posted in front of the shop, but the owner was not there.
Even in a small town like Osamis, you can find something if you look hard enough.
I was so excited when I saw the stacks of aluminum pipes!
This shop is fantastic because they cut the materials to the specified length and don't charge for processing.
This is the element clamp and element that were created.
This is how we made it by combining aluminum materials.
I couldn't find a U-bolt of the right size, so I asked the shop staff, and they immediately fabricated one for me.
These are two employees of Gigi Company.
They will do all the detailed work if you give them instructions.
If it doesn't exist, we'll make it. That's the Filipino way.
They're surprisingly skilled at processing almost anything.
And if something isn't available for sale, we'll make it ourselves.
We had the leftover scrap materials from our house construction combined and welded together at our neighbor Sabrabas's house across the street.
Mr. Sabrabas has a drill press, a welding machine, and various other tools at his house, and he makes everything himself.
I ended up needing your help for three days again this time for processing.
