| I apologize for the long delay in updating, but the house I was building in Osamis City, Mindanao, Philippines is now complete. Around the same time, I was busy purchasing 4 hectares of farmland and opening Gigi's shop. On June 8th, we held a housewarming party, and it was a huge success with a large crowd of people from the local area, many of whom we didn't even know. I took a picture today because all the curtains were installed. |

Kids' room. All the furniture was built-in by a carpenter and finished by a painter. We made space in the children's room for a TV, but Gigi decided against installing any TV wiring.  The ceiling decorations in each room are all different colors, as instructed by Gigi.  |

Main bedroom. This one is based on light colors.  There's a TV stand here too, but due to budget constraints, we'll have to put off buying a TV for the time being.  |

| And this is my room. This is the computer room, the radio room, and the children's study room.  The three sisters' study desk has a long bench that can comfortably seat four people.  The children had just come home from school. As soon as I get home from school, I start cleaning the house.  power distribution room The electrical circuit breaker for this house and the transformer to convert 230V to 100V, Furthermore, a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) is used to back up lighting during power outages. Because the 230V voltage fluctuates significantly, AVRs (Automated Variable Temperature) filters are lined up to protect air conditioners and refrigerators. | This is a photo of the entire house taken from the parking lot side. By the way, due to budget constraints, we've decided to skip painting the exterior walls and surrounding walls of the house this time. Once the budget is secured, the construction will continue. This is quite common in the Philippines. It seems amazing that they managed to complete it all in one go.  Front view  |
