After Lily's water play, we washed her in the well, lightly dried her with a hairdryer we brought from Japan, and then headed to the construction site. |

| Well, today we've chartered a helicopter to film the site from the air (just kidding). My younger brother, Jundley, climbed the coconut tree and took a picture for me. The structure on the far right is a temporary shed, which is located outside the property. The lines carved from the back right will form the outer wall. The space from the exterior wall to the house is a parking lot. And three bedrooms and a living room The toilet and bathroom are in the middle foreground. The main bedroom is on the left in the foreground, and the kitchen is in front of it.  |

While the plot size is the same as the neighboring property, the house itself is nearly twice as large. |

| What made me happy today was getting internet access. I had been urging Gigi to set up internet access almost daily, and it's finally been activated with a wireless connection called SmartBRO.  |

| For some reason, there was a base station antenna right in front of me, so I was able to establish a connection without having to erect a pole. Now you're free from the dangers of going to internet cafes and can connect to your router wirelessly from the comfort of your air-conditioned car.  |

| There's another good thing. Gigi installed an air conditioner in my rental property. National air conditioner sent from Japan Unlike the noisy, all-in-one air conditioners sold in the Philippines, this one is quiet yet powerful, making it perfect for napping.  |

| So, when I looked outside after sunset, I saw the neighborhood kids gathered in front of the outdoor air conditioning unit. It's just like the street televisions in old Japan. Gigi said 'Since this is the first time I've used this air conditioner, I'm waiting for the cold air to start blowing out.' Those bratty kids scratched up the paint on the car's hood, so I had them chased away ('Don't touch it.').  |
