| When I traveled to the Philippines again in December 2008, I entered the country with a Balikbayan visa. This grants a one-year stay permit when entering the country with a Filipino spouse. However, we chose the process of obtaining a permanent residency visa. A 13A is a temporary permanent residency visa valid for one year, and a 13E is a permanent residency visa that is renewed after one year. I won't go into details, but by paying underground money to lawyers... The intermediate steps were omitted, and after one month, I received a message with the code 'Your 13A visa is ready, come and pick it up.'. |

| As Gigi begins packing for her trip, Lily, seemingly understanding the situation, sulks and goes to sleep by herself. Also, when Gigi says 'Stay home and watch the house.' to Lily, she acts like a baby, sometimes acting spoiled and sometimes sulking.  |

Subsequent updates indicate that Lily is refusing breakfast and dinner, and her face appears tearful, causing everyone concern. |

| The ship departed Osamis at 8 PM. We arrived at Cebu port at 8:00 AM, after a stop in Dumaguete.  |

| There are two beds side-by-side, and the room is equipped with a hot shower, TV, and DVD player. Luxury comparable to a small hotel. Compared to the cramped third-class cabins, this is heaven.  |

If anyone reading Lily's Diary is interested in visiting Osamis, I can arrange everything from picking you up at Cebu Airport to making all subsequent arrangements. |

| This is a restaurant. The meals aren't particularly luxurious, but you can have dinner and breakfast.  |

On the 28th, I spent the entire day completing the 13A and I-CARD (foreigner registration) procedures, and that evening I was reunited with Gigi's mother and sister. |
