Philippine Airlines miraculously (lol) departed Kansai Airport on time and arrived in Manila on time.
However, contrary to what I had heard beforehand, Lily's animal quarantine in Manila was not required.
Because I had planned to change my 3 PM connection to 5 PM to account for the processing time, I ended up with a lot of time to kill.
