Cavalier Lily's Diary DVD Christmas Present(2010/12/20)	This day last year... December 20, 2009.
I bought it on Amazon for 2200 yen (1100 pesos) as a Christmas present for my children. Including EMS shipping fees, it costs 3100 yen (1550 pesos).
However, when I went to the shopping mall today, I found illegally copied DVDs being sold for just 45 pesos (90 yen). And it's only 90 yen for 26 stories on a single DVD! What exactly was I doing with all that money I spent to have it shipped all the way from Japan? My mood suddenly plummeted. Even when Gigi goes to a shopping mall, the only bags she likes are Chinese-made copies of Louis Vuitton and Hermes. As for mobile phones, there's a whole row of Chinese knockoffs of Nokia phones. They even have counterfeit iPhones on display. SonyPlayStation 2.When I asked the price, they brought out a Chinese-made counterfeit and quoted me 600 pesos (1200 yen). The genuine product costs 8000 pesos (16000 yen). All of them are products of poor quality. Even when I go shopping, I have absolutely no desire to buy anything. On the contrary, I feel like I could vomit at Chinese products. Even so, in clothing stores, while counterfeit goods are being sold for around 50 pesos, genuine jeans are being sold for 2000 pesos. It's clear that there's a dual pricing system in place, with separate prices for the wealthy and the middle class. I'm feeling down again.
