Cavalier Lily's Diary: Pigsty Expansion Work - Beams(2010/09/11)	This day last year... September 11, 2009.
The pigsty we're currently building is the second pigsty, and it will house piglets from 2 months old to 4 months old, just before they are ready for shipment. The beams that form the foundation of the roof were placed on top of the pillars.
Central corridor. If you look at the shadows of the blocks, you'll see that there are hardly any shadows at all. The strong sun shines relentlessly from directly above. Even in the shade, the temperature is 30 degrees Celsius. But in the sun, it's about 38 degrees Celsius.
Do you know what this is? Apparently, this is a pool for piglets. They keep it filled with water so the piglets can bathe whenever they want.
Sewage tank. The depth is greater than a person's height. In the future, we will prepare facilities to enable the use of biogas (methane gas).
This is the wastewater tank for the first pigsty.
Manager's hut. It's really starting to take shape. Manager Charlie is already staying here.
