Cavalier Lily's Diary: Her Face While Home Alone(2010/11/12) This day last year...

A midday stroll.
Roroy never leaves Lily's side, even when they're out for a walk.

It turns out that Loroy was so energetic that he chased after a local homeless dog, and now he seems to have had a rather frightening experience.
She absolutely refuses to go down the road to the right of the house. She sits in front of the gate, waiting for Lily to come home.

When you say 'Staying home alone', your ears will droop slightly backward.
Everyone's all dressed up and we're heading to the restaurant.

Now, let's move on to the construction of the first pig barn.
The very first pigsty that was built was demolished, with only half remaining.
The design will apparently allow the sewage tank that was built when the old pigsty was still there to be used.
However, it's still too small, so another wastewater tank has been built to balance it out.
We're halfway through the concrete flooring.
This is the blueprint for the first pigsty.
The narrow upper section is where the sow enters.
The lower part is an area for raising children.
The room on the right is for childbirth care.
Well, I want to sell this troublesome mini-truck as soon as possible, but I can't seem to find a buyer.

Amidst all this, I was approached with an offer to trade in my light truck for 60,000 pesos and buy this: a KIA, made in Korea.
The price is 280,000 pesos. After deducting the trade-in value, it comes down to 220,000 pesos. That's enough to buy land, so I'm against it.

But since we were already there, we also asked Sabrabus, our neighbor across the street who is knowledgeable about car maintenance, to take a look and even take it for a test drive.
Approved as 'Yeah, I think it's in pretty good condition.'

Gigi says he wants to buy it because he can pay for it in installments over two years.
They also say that once the pig farming business is on track, the payments will be completed in an even shorter period of time.

I'm against taking on debt, but I'll think about it for a while.
However, when I tried to take it for a test drive, the battery was dead and the engine wouldn't start.
Well, the battery life is unavoidable, I guess.
