Shopping at Gaisano with My Daughters (October 18, 2026)

Today I went shopping with my daughters at Gaisano in Ozamiz. Here are my two daughters: Jolyna on the left and Jinny on the right.

We visited Gaisano Capital Ozamiz, a shopping mall in Ozamiz on the island of Mindanao.

The mall has a supermarket as well as stores selling clothes and other items. It is convenient to shop for everyday essentials and clothes for the family in one place. There are also places to have a meal or a snack and take a break from shopping.

There is a wide selection of products, so you can compare different items before choosing. Personally, though, I find the prices a little on the high side.

I bought some underwear, while Jinny bought a shirt for her son, Zion.

After shopping, it was time for everyone to enjoy a snack.

Jinny and Jolyna had not eaten lunch yet, so they bought a light meal. Each one cost 140 pesos (approximately US$2.34).

The USD estimate is converted from the original JPY 370 reference amount at US$1 = JPY 158.20 (October 20, 2026). Exchange rate source.

The children and I took a break with doughnuts and juice.
