Jolyna's Nurse Capping Ceremony (2024/09/02)
Jolyna is the tenth of Gigi's ten sisters.
I am studying nursing at Misamis University.
Today is the capping ceremony.

Jolyna. My husband and I took her in and raised her before she could start daycare.
Jolyna will be attending a public kindergarten.
Three sisters are enrolling in an elementary school run by Midena Hospital.
From left to right: Jolyna, Jinny, Jian

Jolyna then enrolled in Misamis University High School.
I've been receiving gifted education since high school to become a nurse.

The nurse coronation ceremony was held for second-year students at Misamis University.

Nightingale Pledge

I pledge before those gathered here to fulfill my sacred duty.
I will dedicate my life to serving humanity and consider protecting the health and lives of patients as my top priority.
I will assist physicians and serve all people honestly and without discrimination, regardless of their medical condition.
Furthermore, in performing nursing duties, we will keep all secrets confidential.
I will not leak anything unless it should be made public.
I will always maintain my dignity and continuously improve the knowledge and skills befitting my profession.
I hereby swear that I will never do anything that would tarnish my profession.
I will always use everything I have learned to benefit patients and protect their dignity.
We will do everything in our power to alleviate the patient's suffering and restore their health.

There were so many students that we had to take group photos multiple times, with each person moving in and out.
Jolyna came over to me after the ceremony.
You will now begin on-the-job training (OJT) as a nurse at the hospital.
