In a buckwheat field in Chichibu City (June 21, 2005)
I went with Lily to see the buckwheat flowers that I saw on TV.
Buckwheat flowers were in full bloom in Chichibu City (near 1387-4 Uedano, Arakawa Village, Chichibu District, formerly).
On top of a tower standing in the middle of a buckwheat field A pleasant breeze is blowing through.
Buckwheat flowers are blooming on both the left and behind.
This is what it looks like from the top of the tower.
It was so hot today, the summer solstice, that I stopped to play in the water on my way home.
Since there's no air conditioning, the inside of the car is like a steam bath. I bought him an ice block at the convenience store, but he still seems hot. We stopped by a mountain stream along the way.
