Hitsujiyama Park, Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture (April 20, 2005)
I took several trains to get to Seibu Chichibu Station. Lily is used to traveling and behaves well on the train. When I got off at Chichibu Station, I put my carry-on bag in a coin locker and was about to leave when... A kind person gave me 'We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel too. If you'd like, I can give you a ride to the park in my car.' and I was so grateful for your kind offer.
Even though it was a weekday, it was crowded with a large number of people. Nevertheless, Lily's dad and Lily persevered, aiming for the best shot, and the photoshoot began.

It was hot, but Lily struck poses many times.
'This child is amazing.' I was asked "Can I take a picture" many times. Because I'm taking pictures from far away, many people don't notice me and still pay attention to me. But Lily continued to sit there until I returned.

I waited patiently and managed to capture the best shot in the brief moment when there were no people around.

Incidentally, I didn't use any rewards during this photoshoot. Only the words from 'Good. What a good kid.' were used. Actually, Lily's dad had forgotten to bring a treat as a reward.
