Lily's eyes are watery when she's relaxed. They're almost unnoticeable now.
When she's running around playing, she seems to tear up a lot, and the area under her eyes always gets wet.
After taking him to the vet for an examination, it turns out that the tube running from his eye to his nose is blocked. Apparently, this is quite common in small dogs with short muzzles. However, the vet decided against medication and instead changed his food to see how things go.
Since then, the areas that get red and sunburned have decreased, but they still get wet when my child is playing actively, so I make sure to wipe them dry frequently.
Luckily, Lily loves baths, so she washes her face every time she bathes.
