| Cavalier Lily's DiaryNikon D7000 (2018/01/30) |
The lens on my D200 that I've been using has gotten moldy.
I sent an email saying I wanted to send it to my parents' house in Japan, to my father, for repairs.
'I'm giving away my Nikon D7000 because I haven't used it at all and it's just sitting around.' and
I received a wonderful reply.
To prevent mold from getting on the lens again, I bought a dry box from Rakuten and sent it to my parents' house.
The item was carefully packaged to withstand international shipping.

The glass surface of the Re:CLEAN RC-21L dry box is...
I had them double-package it to prevent damage during transport.
 |
In the Philippines, they throw mail down the door.
I previously had the Ozamiz post office look for my package,
I had turned my school bag upside down and dropped my belongings.
To withstand being dropped, the D7000 camera is kept in a dry box.
It was further wrapped in styrofoam.
 |
They didn't throw a big box or anything like that, so the camera was safe.
 |
This was the first photo I took.
I was able to take beautiful photos that are completely different from those I've taken with my previous FUJIFILM FinePix F11.
All the following photos were taken with a D7000.
 |
Royroy and Yangyang also managed to get into the camera frame.
In my hand is 'Freeze-dried chicken breast', which I also purchased from Rakuten.
Royroy can sit and wait properly when shown chicken breast, but Yangyang cannot wait.
 |
Roy Roy can also use his Stand for quite a long time.

With the FUJIFILM FinePix F11, I kept missing photo opportunities.
