| I went to the NTC (National Telecommunications Commission) in Cagayan de Oro to renew my radio license. I woke up at 3 AM and left at 3:30 AM. It takes about 30 minutes by ferry from Osamis Port to the opposite shore. After that, I just kept running for 5 hours. March 2, 2009.and.July 8, 2009.I've been there too. Charlie was the driver, and it was a 10-hour round trip. Thank you for your hard work! I said 'I'll take over the driving.' midway through, Gigi rejected my request with the message 'It's dangerous because you'll pass through areas where guerrillas are causing trouble, so it's not a good idea.'.  |
