| This is Tops, a place on Cebu Island located at an altitude of 2,000 feet (approximately 600 meters) above sea level. This location offers a panoramic view of Cebu City and Mactan Island, where the airport is located. The only way for tourists to get to Tops is by taxi, but if you catch a dilapidated taxi, it won't be able to make it up the final steep slope. This would mean having to drop off the passengers and then push the vehicle from behind.
