Cavalier Lily's DiaryGigi's traffic accident (2017/10/21)
Gigi went to the town of Calamba amidst heavy rain caused by the typhoon.
On the way back, it seems the driver was blinded by the headlights of an oncoming car and crashed into a curb created due to road construction on the left side of the road.
(The Philippines has right-hand traffic.)

The police and Charlie,Munico, the owner of a Hilux. It seems they called for it.
The car in the photo is a police patrol car.
I was home alone.
I was relieved that the damage was limited to the driver's side tire (left tire) and the bumper.
I think the entire bumper will need to be replaced, but Gigi insists that it can be fixed with rivets and won't accept that.
The spare tire was also flat, so I left the car at the site and went home that day.
Munico, whom I met in Cebu.He drove me home again.
So, how much will the repair cost?
Gigi remains bullish with 'I'll pay for the repairs myself, so it's none of your business, right?'.

Gigi was frequently using her cell phone while driving, which was quite dangerous, so we gave her a stern warning.
