presented at the conferences, are available for the past three SUG
conferences.
The Sun User Group also provides the technical tracks and tutorials
for the semi-yearly Sun Expo shows. The next Sun Expo is in Chicago,

Local User Groups
One of the ways of getting to know your colleagues is through a local
user group. Local User Groups (LUGs) exist throughout the world.
Currently, there are LUGs in 25 states and 15 countries. The Sun User
Group supports these local groups with listings, literature, a mailing
list, and organizational assistance. Several international LUGs have
entered into formal arrangements with the Sun User Group to ensure
that their members receive README and other SUG benefits.
Periodicals
The Sun User Group publishes a quarterly newsletter, README, which
contains technical articles, User Group news, and Sun Microsystems and
third-party vendor information. Submissions are encouraged, and may
be sent to readme@sug.org. Past issues included articles concerning
superuser privileges, domain name servers, and networks.
Sun User Group members are also entitled to receive monthly a copy of
SunExpert magazine. SunExpert, published by Computer Publishing Group,
serves the UNIX workstation environment, emphasizing Sun, SPARC, and
Sun-compatible systems.
