異音と白煙が上がり、ご臨終のフロンテ
昨日、エンジン音が大きくなったり金属音が増し、エンストを繰り返すなど異常を感じていました。 今朝も嫌な予感がありながらも運転を始めて30分ほど走ったところで突然エンジンから大きな金属音がして、バックミラーに白煙が上がるのが見えたとたんに、走行不能に陥りました。 初めて、ヒッチハイクをしてダンプの運転手に最寄のバス停まで乗せてもらい、その後バスと電車を乗り継いで家まで帰り着き、別の車でLC20 のところへ戻るとちょうど広瀬自動車が回収に来てくれました。 我が家に来て1ヶ月も経たずに壊れてしまったフロンテLC20でしたが、彼女は私の記憶どおりの良い子でした。
